三. HL-1恒流泵使用方法：
1. 初次使用時，先把“調(diào)速”旋鈕調(diào)到中速位置，然后接通電源，此時指示燈亮，
滾子開始運轉(zhuǎn)，調(diào)節(jié)“調(diào)速”旋鈕，觀察儀器運轉(zhuǎn)是否正常，正常后即可使用。
2. 安裝硅膠管，根據(jù)流量需要選用合適內(nèi)徑的硅膠管，（細管裝在泵頭的細槽內(nèi)，粗管裝在泵頭的粗槽內(nèi)）。
3. 預(yù)測流量，選擇好合適內(nèi)徑的硅膠管，調(diào)整泵頭的調(diào)壓螺絲，同時按“排氣” 旋鈕，使硅膠管內(nèi)的空氣排出，用量杯可預(yù)測需要的流量，此時只需調(diào)節(jié)“調(diào)速”旋鈕可改變流量，流量確定后請把“調(diào)速”旋鈕上的“鎖緊開關(guān)”往下鎖緊。
4. 使用 “順逆”開關(guān)，可以改變輸液方向，使加液改變?yōu)槌橐?，加壓改變?yōu)槌閴骸?
5. 調(diào)節(jié)板兩側(cè)的調(diào)節(jié)螺絲是用于調(diào)節(jié)液體壓力的，般只要擰到有液體流動即可，調(diào)節(jié)時須注意不要擰的太緊，否則滾子會軋死。

四. HL-1恒流泵注意事項：
1. 調(diào)節(jié)“調(diào)速”旋鈕時，請不要在“鎖緊”開關(guān)鎖定情況下強行調(diào)節(jié)，以免損壞旋鈕。
2. 儀器在使用期間，應(yīng)隨時注意硅膠管是否完好，般在中速情況下運轉(zhuǎn)為佳，當發(fā)現(xiàn)硅膠管使用老化時，應(yīng)及時更換硅膠管。當儀器開始運轉(zhuǎn)時，硅膠管可能有向端拱起現(xiàn)象，可用手拉直即可。
3. 要注意保持泵頭槽內(nèi)清潔，尤其對滾子軸套（中間只）必須擦干凈，以免滾子軋死。
4. 恒流泵長期不用時，請把硅膠管從泵頭中取出，延長其使用壽命。硅膠管是易損物品，使用段時間后請及時更換。不然會造成漏液，損壞儀器！
5. 根據(jù)不同介質(zhì)和不同流量，請選用不同粗細的硅膠管。
